Our Governing Body and the Governors
As part of the Monkton Family of Schools. All Hallows is governed by the Governing Body and Trustees of Monkton Combe School. The Monkton governors also form part of the All Hallows Committee which works closely with the All Hallows Leadership Team and the All Hallows committee members. The Chair of the All Hallow Committee, Mr Alastair Reid, is supported by the Monkton Family of Schools Governing Board. All Governors consist of an experienced, diverse, and dedicated board with a background of supporting either All Hallows, Monkton Combe, or both
Collectively, the Governors determine the overall direction and development of All Hallows as well as the Monkton Family of Schools. They also ensure All Hallows functions within the legal and regulatory framework of the sector and continually strive to improve.

Our staff
Schools are built on their staff. Curricula, facilities, structures, technology – these things all matter. But ultimately education is about people. There can be no great school without great teachers and All Hallows is very proud of its staff, who are our greatest asset.
Not only do our staff motivate children, make knowledge meaningful, inspire curiosity and enthuse pupils with a passion for learning, but they also routinely ‘go the extra mile’ to ensure each pupil is making progress and thriving. This might mean challenging and extending them to ensure they spend as much time as possible at the edge of their comfort zone, communicating proactively with parents to ensure we are working as a team around the child, or taking the time to understand a child’s perspective to ensure support or intervention in any area of school life is tailored to their needs. Given that we set such great store in the value of positive relationships and rapport, our staff also act as role models. Staff are significant people in a child’s life and we do not underestimate the impact they can have.
All Hallows School is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children. All our staff are employed subject to an enhanced DBS check and satisfactory references.
