All Hallows and the Monkton Family of Schools
At All Hallows, our focus is on providing an exceptional education that nurtures the 'whole child' in a happy, supportive, and inclusive community. Our strategic partnership with the Monkton Family of Schools is a key part of this vision, designed to bring clear benefits to our pupils, staff, and community while preserving the unique identity of All Hallows.
This collaboration is rooted in a shared belief in the power of close partnership. On March 15, 2022, All Hallows formally joined the Monkton Family of Schools, a decision that was long a strategic aim for both institutions. This move allows us to work together more closely, sharing best practices and creating educational innovations for the benefit of all pupils.
"Our relationship with Monkton is built on a foundation of shared values and a commitment to collaboration. Both All Hallows and Monkton are inclusive Christian schools, with a unified ethos that values each child as an individual. This alignment ensures a consistent and principled approach to education and community life." - Dr Trevor Richards, Headmaster

The benefits of this partnership are both practical and profound and include:
- Shared Resources and Expertise: The collaboration allows us to take full advantage of shared resources, facilities, and expertise across both schools. This helps to enhance and enrich the educational experience for every child.
- Educational Innovation: By working together, we are able to share best practices and build a deeper understanding of a child's educational journey, from their early years through to senior school.
- Long-Term Sustainability: The partnership underpins the long-term sustainability of both schools, ensuring we can continue to provide a high-quality, independent education for generations to come.
What This Means for Our Pupils
For our pupils and their families, the transition has been seamless, and the unique All Hallows experience remains unchanged. Our families will notice very little change to the day-to-day life of the school.
A central point of this partnership is that it does not dictate a child’s future. There is no expectation that children from All Hallows will automatically transfer to Monkton at 13+. Our Year 8 pupils continue to go on to study at some of the best senior schools across the South West and the wider UK, prepared with the confidence, curiosity, and resilience they need to succeed anywhere.
We believe this strategic partnership strengthens our school's mission and provides an even richer, more stable, and more inspiring environment for every child to learn and grow.
