At the heart of our school community lies a deep-seated commitment to supporting those in need. Led by our Year 8 Charity Prefects, our fundraising initiatives do more than just raise money - they help our pupils grow into socially aware, responsible, and compassionate global citizens.

Charitable work is a vital part of the All Hallows educational journey. By engaging with various causes, our children:

• Develop Social Awareness: Gaining a broader perspective on the challenges faced by others locally and globally.
• Foster Gratitude: Learning to value their own health, education, and security while developing a sense of responsibility for the wider world.
• Build Leadership Skills: Our Year 8 Charity Prefects supported by the cohort and wider School Council take the lead in coordinating events, encouraging teamwork and initiative across all year groups.

Our community extends its hand to local, national, and international organisations. We are proud to support a diverse range of causes, from the Children’s Hospice South West to urgent global relief through the Disasters Emergency Committee (DEC).

Each year, our Charity Prefects and a whole-school vote determine at least two primary charities to champion. However, we remain agile and responsive - listening to the voices of our current pupils, alumni, and parents to support emergency appeals as they arise.

Our efforts to support our charities are diverse and interactive - allowing pupils to develop an interest in their fundraising efforts, and ensure each child has plenty of fun in the process! Below are a few examples:
