Every child's journey start with an Enquiry. You can complete our Enquiry Form by clicking here, or simply contact our Registrar, Jackie Truelove, directly.

Jackie will ask you questions about your child, as well as answering any initial questions you may have before arranging a visit or tour.

We will ask you to complete a Registration Form and return it to the Head of Admissions, Jackie Truelove.

This will be followed by a non-refundable registration fee of £150 should be paid by BACS, the information of which you will find in our Registration Form.

When we receive your completed registration form and have confirmation of the payment of the registration fee, we will write to you acknowledging this and confirming that your child has been registered.

We will ask you to supply us with recent copies of your child’s school reports if you have not already given us these.

Registration neither guarantees your child a place nor commits you taking a place up. It does, however, place your child’s name on our lists for entry subject to our standard admissions procedures and your acceptance of any place offered.

In the event of a year group being fully subscribed at the time of your registration, we will place your child’s name on a waiting list and advise you to this effect.

In registering your child for a place at All Hallows, you are agreeing to the Terms and Conditions of the school.

This is your child's chance to experience life at All Hallows at first hand and to meet their peer groups.  We invite your child to join us for two taster days so they can really get to know what it is like to be part of our community.  If your child will be boarding, they will be invited to spend the night with us too. We will arrange with you the best time for these taster days to take place.

If your child is joining Year 3 or above, they will have a buddy to show them around school and to make sure they know what to do at any stage throughout the day. Children applying to join Year 1 or 2 are looked after by their class collectively during their taster days.

Children Registered for our Reception Class will join us for several taster sessions throughout the year prior to their start, and where possible, our staff will visit them in their current Nursery setting.

Children applying to join the Nursery will be invited to a familiarisation session.

We will be grateful for any information you can give us, prior to your child’s taster day, so that we can prepare for their visit. Please note, whilst your child does not need to pass an entrance test in order to be offered a place at All Hallows, we do need to ensure that they will be able to access our curriculum and flourish as they make their way up through the school.  As such, your child may have an assessment with our Learning Support staff whilst they are with us.

Following the taster days, our Registrar will collate the feedback from the staff involved in your child’s visit and discuss this with you, this includes feedback from specialist teachers. As ever, you are welcome to ask further questions at this stage. Typically, this will be followed by an offer of a place for your child.

All offers of places are subject to ongoing receipt of satisfactory reports and references.

An offer of a place is accepted by completing an Acceptance Form / Parent Contract, agreeing to the school's terms and conditions, and sending this to the Registrar, Jackie Truelove, together with payment of the acceptance deposit of £500 (which will be refunded at the end of your child's time at All Hallows).

A Registration Form is also required, together with the registration fee of £100, if this has not been completed at an earlier stage.

When we receive your completed Acceptance Form / Parent Contract and payment for the acceptance deposit, we will acknowledge this and confirm your child’s place.
