Holly & James Ford - Head of Boarding
Holly leads the Boarding House with the support of her husband, James. Living in the main school house, they work closely alongside Victoria and Miss Holliwell to ensure our boarders get the very most out of boarding life, while providing a reassuring point of contact for parents.
As James is also a teacher at All Hallows, the couple is always on hand to support boarders whenever needed. Joined by their three children - Jago, Indie, and Leo - plus their two very friendly cats, Holly and James bring a wealth of experience, warmth, and dedication to ensuring every child receives the highest level of care.

Jess Sanderson - Chaplain and House Parent
Jess is the Chaplain of All Hallows, living in the Head’s House and dividing her time between our school and our partner
school, Monkton Combe. At All Hallows, she Heads TPR (Theology, Philosophy, and Religion), as well as supports children through to Year 5 learning new languages.
Outside the classroom, Jess enjoys playing the cello, jogging at a leisurely pace, and sipping tea while engaging in plenty of
conversation. Recently, she’s taken up open water swimming.
Originally from Sheffield, Jess has lived in various places across the UK. She loves to travel and recently explored the ‘sunshine
state’ of Florida. A fan of a good story in any form - be it film, TV, a book, or in person - she’s the perfect company for cosy evenings on the landing, catching up at the end of the day.

Harry Withers - House Parent
Harry is one of our House Parents. He is also a Sports Intern and is currently completing his PGCE.
Harry has recently completed a degree at the University of Bath, and spent an incredible placement year at All Hallows and in Tasmania, which he tells us 'confirmed my enjoyment for teaching.'
He's extremely passionate about sport – be it throwing a rugby ball or surfing in the South West! As a keen sportsman, Harry has been fortunate to have the opportunity to represent at school, club and county level, and he really values the discipline of team sports.
His love for travelling and exploring new cultures has taken him around the world, and he is always looking for new experiences that broaden his perspective and enriches his understanding of others.
Harry lives in the All Hallows Boarding House, and works alongside Jess Sanderson.

Victoria Stocking - House Parent
As Deputy Head Academic and House Parent at All Hallows, Victoria works alongside Miss Holliwell to create a supportive home away from home.
Victoria lives at the top of the house with her husband, Richard, and her daughters, Indie and Hettie - who is herself an All Hallows alumna. Boarders will also quickly get to know Tilly and Lottie, Victoria’s two gorgeous dogs who are regular fixtures around the boarding house.
Having started her career in education as a Residential Gap Assistant, returning to boarding life feels like a true full-circle moment for Victoria and her family.

Eva Holliwell - Residential Matron
Eva is a Resident Matron who lives in the school and supports our boarders during both mornings, evenings and weekends, and during the day on the sports pitch.
Eva played hockey, cricket, athletics, and netball at school, county, and national levels, and has been lucky enough to coach a wide range of age groups too. She is really looking forward to getting involved in sports lessons and tournaments here at All Hallows, and sharing her passion and experience with the pupils.
Over the past couple of years, Eva has spent time solo travelling through Europe, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand. These adventures helped her grow in independence and given Eva a real appreciation for different cultures. Most recently, Eva has also worked at summer camps in the USA, where she led activities, ran climbing sessions, and supported young people in fast-paced, energetic environments.
When Eva is not playing sport or exploring new places, she loves spending time at home with family and friends.

Steph Pearce - Head Nurse
Steph is our School Nurse who works alongside Residential Matron, Jo, to ensure the Health and Safely of all of our pupils, including our Boarders. Steph will support our Boarders with any medical appointments they need to attend whether this is on a one off of more regular basis. Steph oversees the Medical needs of the school.
Outside of school life, Steph enjoys spending time with her family and pet dogs, whether this be going for a walk in the woods, taking her sons to their Rugby fixtures, or going on a impromptu holiday all together.
